About Me

My life has been shaped by meaningful conversations, around campfires, in churches, on long bike rides, and across coffee tables. For 23 years, I've served in ministry, and today that calling continues alongside my work as a coach. As Executive Pastor at St. Paul Baptist Church, I lead volunteer teams with the same coaching-oriented approach I bring to every client. I hold an ICF ACC credential and am a Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner, and after 25 years walking alongside people through seasons of growth, I've learned that real change starts with awareness, not a new strategy. I'm a husband to Cori, a father, and someone who still finds his best thinking on a bike or over a cup of coffee.

Mission

Jason Roton Coaching exists because most people care deeply, yet the words and decisions we lead with don't always match the intention behind them. My mission is to help individuals, teams, and organizations close that gap, exploring what's beneath the surface so real change can start there. When we lead from the inside out, awareness comes first, and everything else, strategy, confidence, action, follows from it.
