About Me

My life has been shaped by meaningful conversations—around campfires, in churches, on long bike rides, and across coffee tables. After 22 years in ministry, I continued that calling through ICF ACC certification and EQ-i training, helping people make sense of where they’ve been and where they’re headed. I love walking with people through seasons of growth, drawing from my experiences as a husband, father, and lifelong learner.

Values

Curiosity

I lead with curiosity, asking honest questions and exploring new perspectives so I can better understand, discover possibilities, and help others uncover deeper truth.

Growth

I believe every person has untapped potential, including myself. I pursue growth with intention, courage, and clarity, knowing that who I am becoming shapes the work I do with others.

Compassion

I choose compassion as a way of seeing and responding to people. I seek to honor each person’s story with empathy, respect, and a posture of genuine care.

Diversity

I value the wisdom and strength that come from different backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Diversity invites me to listen deeply and learn from perspectives beyond my own.

Gratitude

I practice gratitude by recognizing the moments, relationships, and opportunities that shape my journey. Gratitude grounds me, fuels humility, and reminds me that growth is a shared gift

The holidays can be beautiful, but they can also be heavy. Many of us are carrying expectations, exhaustion, and the quiet pressure to “hold everything together.” My hope is that this first episode offers you a moment to breathe. A reminder that rest doesn’t always come from slowing down our schedules, but from giving ourselves permission to be human.

If you need a space to exhale, reflect, or feel less alone, this conversation is for you.
